TV anime Digimon Tamers, which marked its 25th broadcast anniversary in 2026, has released a commemorative 25th anniversary illustration along with an interview with series composer Chiaki J. Konaka.

The series is the third installment in the "Digimon" franchise, which began airing in 2001. Takato, an ordinary boy, found a blue card that held the mysterious power to turn a card reader into a real Digivice. He watched nervously over the Digi-Egg that appeared on his screen. But the next morning, the Digi-Egg was empty. Takato set off to find the Digimon that should have hatched…

The newly released 25th anniversary illustration brings together a total of 20 characters. Centered on protagonist Takato and his partner Guilmon, the artwork evokes the show's opening animation, capturing the feel of 'racing toward the future.'

In addition, an official interview with Chiaki J. Konaka, who served as series composer for the TV anime Digimon Tamers, has also been released. Now that the show has reached its 25th anniversary, the interview delves into the behind-the-scenes story of Digimon Tamers' production.
