Comment from Original Author Satoshi Mizukami

"Supisa" (Spirit Circle) is becoming an anime! It's a story that travels through seven lives, each set in a different era and place. The content requires seven times the usual amount of setting work, and the running length is a tricky one, more than one cour but less than two. I sincerely thank all the staff who overcame these difficulties and worked hard to make the anime happen, and Director Tatsuo Sato above all. Whether you have read the manga or not, please stay with us to the very end.

Comment from Assistant Director Kentaro Mizuno

This work is a classic bildungsroman and a juvenile coming-of-age adventure sci-fi tale. It finally arrives as an anime on the 10th anniversary of the manga's conclusion. The entire staff and cast lit the flames of our souls and drew the story of Fuuta, Kouko, and the others' reincarnations into the circle of rebirth. Please enjoy all 18 episodes down to the last detail, as many times over as you like!

Comment from Kazuki Ura, Voice of Fuuta Okeya

I'm Kazuki Ura, the voice of Fuuta Okeya. Fuuta is a true-to-life middle school boy who gets flustered around a cute transfer student and goofs around with his classmates. When he meets Kouko, he comes face to face with his past lives, a "self that isn't himself." I'd be happy if you could experience, together with Fuuta, the weight of the emotions they have carried through many eras, emotions that can't be split neatly into good and evil. It's a wonderful work full of laughter, bittersweet moments, and kindness. Please look forward to the broadcast!

Comment from Anna Nagase, Voice of Kouko Ishigami

I'm Anna Nagase, and I voice Kouko Ishigami. When I read the manga, it was so entertaining that I found myself finishing every volume in a single day. While I'm delighted that it's being made into an anime, I also strongly felt that this is a work demanding a high level of skill and expressive range from its voice actors. I approached the recording by carefully tracing Kouko's resolve, her determination, and her delicate emotions. Please look forward to the broadcast.

Comment from Eri Yukimura, Voice of Rune

I'm Eri Yukimura, the voice of Rune. Summoned out of nowhere one day, she pops out with a big "ta-da!" Her boundless cheerfulness makes her a source of comfort. While reading the manga, I thought how much her brightness saves the day. I'm truly happy to have been able to play Rune. This work is themed around reincarnation and is crafted with great care for the connections between people. Many eras, countries, and people come around and lead to the present. I hope you enjoy that world!

Comment from Yuichi Nakamura, Voice of East

This work doesn't have a simple, easy-to-follow storyline. It's the kind of series I'd like you to watch carefully if you can. Many eras and worlds unfold, and I hope you'll watch over the protagonist as he comes to know what it means to "live" in each of them. I hope that, through the role of East, I can contribute to the world of Spirit Circle as well. Thank you very much.
