L'adaptation en film d'animation du manga « Credits Roll Into the Sea » a été confirmée pour une sortie en 2027. La production de l'animation sera assurée par Kyoto Animation, studio de renom derrière des œuvres telles que « A Silent Voice » ou la série « Sound! Euphonium ». La réalisation a été confiée à Taichi Ishidate, qui a notamment dirigé « Violet Evergarden : le film ».
