—Especially the moment when you sang facing each other was quite memorable.

Youmiya: Actually, during the final check in rehearsal, it was decided we would keep facing each other while singing until the chorus. So we were told it was fine to go lighter on the parts of strict choreography, like the parts where we raise and lower our hands, but we weren’t sure how much was “light,” so we ended up glancing at each other, trying to figure it out (laughs).

Ishihara: It ended up feeling pretty subtle, didn’t it? (laughs)

Youmiya: We kind of ended up doing the "Tooth!" pose together by accident (laughs). It’s a funny memory.

Ishihara: We made a pact to coordinate it right during the performance, didn’t we!

Youmiya: Exactly! In the actual show, we decided to raise our hands all the way up.

—By the way, did the two of you practice together before the event?

Ishihara: I practiced most of my songs solo, so I got to the dress rehearsal without really knowing anyone. I felt like a first grader thinking, "Am I going to be okay? Can I make friends?" but when I talked to Hina-chan for the first time, she responded so kindly, which made me happy!

At that moment I thought, “Even if it’s our first time performing together, I feel like it’ll go great!”

Youmiya: I actually knew Ishihara-san from her unit YuiKaori (with Yui Ogura), and I loved her performance as Aladdin in "Magi." I told her that after the performance. Until then, I was focused on working as Daring Tact and standing on stage with Almond Eye as my professional goal, so I hadn’t mentioned it...

Ishihara: You mentioned that earlier, didn’t you? (laughs)

Youmiya: The impression I had of her as beautiful, adorable, and radiating a healing aura didn’t change at all when I met her. In fact, despite our different career backgrounds, she chatted with me casually, and I thought she was such a kind person.
