Emiri Otani, a member of the idol group "=LOVE" (Equal Love) produced by Rino Sashihara, updated her official X account, creating a buzz by revealing her cosplay as Makima (CV: Tomori Kusunoki), a character from Chainsaw Man.

Otani wrote, "Since I dyed my hair red, I tried cosplaying as Makima-san from Chainsaw Man," and posted three photos. In the photos, she perfectly recreates Makima's iconic Public Safety uniform—a white shirt with a black tie and tight pants—with her reddish hair styled in a braid. Her alluring expression as she gazes into the camera and her striking poses that highlight her great figure are highly impressive.

The series Chainsaw Man is based on the manga work by Tatsuki Fujimoto. It is a dark hero action story depicting the bloody battles of Denji, a boy who made a contract with the devil Pochita and was resurrected as "Chainsaw Man." Makima, whom Otani portrayed, is the mysterious superior who recruits Denji as a Public Safety Devil Hunter. She is a key character who drives the story with her unfathomable charm, treating him as her "dog" with an attitude that is kind yet occasionally cold-hearted.
